Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
1) Natural personsaged 15 yearsor older.
2) Thai nationality and possess a valid Smart Card National Identification Card.
3) Have an active Mobile phone number.
4) Own a smartphone device operating on either the iOS or Android platform, capabl ne of supporting the Mobile Banking (MyMo) Application.
5) Have a Savings account or a Special Current account for individuals (join account NOT Allow),under yourown name, to be designated as the primary account for Mobile Banking (MyMo) registration.
6) Have an email address (if any).

  • Complete the registration at the Government Savings Bank.
  • Download “MyMo” application via Appstore, Playstore or AppGallery.
  • Choose language (Thai or English).
  • Read terms and conditions.
  • Tick 🗹 and click Accept.
  • Fill in the ID card number registered with the Government Savings Bank.
  • Click Next to receive OTP code via phone number.
  • Enter OTP code and click Next.
  • Set a 6-digit code for accessing “MyMo”.
  • Confirm the password again and click Next.
  • Successfully activated “MyMo”.

The Bank determines the maximum daily transaction limit through the MyMo application—covering money transfers, bill payments, top-ups, and QR code payments—based on the individual needs and circumstances of each user. Customers can check their personal transaction limits directly via MyMo. These limits are set in accordance with the Bank’s conditions and are adjusted appropriately through a customer profiling process to ensure suitability for each user.
