  • Be a current housing loan borrowers of the Bank.
  • Have good repayment history for the last 1 year and no outstanding debt.
  • Own savings deposit account of the Bank.
Loan is not exceeding 10,000,000 Baht for each person as follows:
  • Long term loan which the amount is not more than original agreement or if exceed the original loan not more than 95% of the appraisal value.
  • Mixed Loan (LT+OD) can borrow 95% of the appraisal value which OD should not exceeding 1,000,000 Baht.
Not exceeding 15 years.
