This loan must not be used for closing the bank’s old account with non-performing debt (NPLs). The borrower must not take part of this loan to invest in the GSB savings certificates and use it as collateral at the same time.

Loan Details

Loan amount:

Provide loans as needed and based on debt repayment ability, not more than 200,000 baht per person and when combining the outstanding loan amount under the contract of all types of People’s Bank loans with the loan amount as of the contract date must not exceed 200,000 baht per person

Repayment Period

  • For short-term loans, the loan limit is reviewed every year.
  • For long-term loans
  • Loan amount not exceeding 50,000 baht, the repayment period is not more than 3 years (36 installments)
  • Loan amount from 50,001 – 100,000 baht, the repayment period is not more than 5 years
  • Loan amount from 100,001 – 200,000 baht, the repayment period is not more than 8 years

Loan Repayment Calculation

  • Pay principal and interest monthly
  • Calculation of fixed interest rate repayment (Flat Rate)

In case of regular installment payment more than half of the amount specified in the contract, the borrower can repay the full amount to recalculate a new loan limit.
